Thomas Evans-Southall was a Mormon bishop in Richmond, Virginia. 

Evans-Southall was charged with attempted object sexual penetration and taking indecent liberties with children.

He was convicted of TAKING INDECENT LIBERTIES WITH CHILDREN and sentenced to 10 years, 8 years suspended.
