Jay Benjamin Elggren was an LDS church member in West Jordan, Utah. In 2012, Elggren was charged with sexual exploitation of a minor. The charges involve the downloading, possessing and sharing of child pornography via a computer. In 2013 he was found guilty and sentenced prison 1-15 years/prison term suspended. Sentenced to jail for 180 days and given 5 years probation.
