Case report
Craig Steven Nebeker was a mormon in California and St. George, Utah. Nebeker abused a boy between the age of 4-6 between 2011-2013. In 2019 police found a report stating 20 year prior there was victim of Nebeker’s taht stated she was abused as a child between the ages of 10-11 years old. The third victim reported they were abused in 2019.He was charged with three counts of aggravated sex abuse of a child and one count sodomy on a child.
Nebeker was found guilty of:
three counts of AGGRAVATED SEX ABUSE OF A CHILD – 1st Degree Felony/Sentenced 6 years to life
one count SODOMY ON A CHILD – 1st Degree Felony/Sentenced 6 years to life
All charges to be served consecutively
