Summary

Spencer McDougal was a Mormon church member in Utah who was sentenced to 18.5 years in federal prison in 2013 for a felony related to child sexual exploitation.

McDougal admitted to sexually abusing one of his victims through skin-to-skin and over the clothing contact on at least two occasions, according to a presentence investigation report.
