(1953 – ) Stephen Mark Gragert (born 1953) was a Mormon church member, scoutmaster and Young Men's leader in the Wellington, Kansas ward; was convicted of lewd molestation of a minor for an offence committed on a camping trip in August 2002 in Woodward, Oklahoma, and appears on the Kansas sex offender registry.

There were at least two victims: the person who reported the case to FLOODLIT, and another who came forward in 2006 about abuse in the 1990s, by which time the Kansas statute of limitations had expired.

According to that account, accusations against him had been ignored by previous bishops, but the bishop in post when the report was made initiated an investigation and reported it to the local sheriff, and the church paid the reporting person’s travel costs from Virginia to Kansas for a deposition and for the trial.
