William Taylor “Bill” Stone II (born 1960) was a Mormon church member in Idaho who served as a seminary president in high school and as a priest quorum group leader. In the 2000s he sexually abused his stepdaughter over a period of time; he was convicted and sentenced to ten years in prison.
He was employed at Ricks College at the time.
As of 2025 he is a registered sex offender living in Riverton, Utah. What church leaders knew, and whether they acted, is not established.
