has complaints pending before the board including one filed in response to his alleged criminal actions also allegedly failed to undergo a psychosexual evaluation ordered in 1998 when he was given a non-disciplinary advisory letter for inappropriate record-keeping and dispensing of medications to patients without adequate medical records and his family had moved from Show Low back to his native Mesa before the indictment A new warrant for his arrest was issued when 48 failed to appear for arraignment Jan 10 in Navajo County Superior Court Law enforcement authorities believe he fled the country BOMEX spokesman Fete Wertheim said that despite his disappearance the regulatory board will consider a summary suspension of medical license tomorrow and may refer his case to a formal hearing.
