Bagley Tara was an LDS church member in Idaho; pleaded guilty to two counts of Sexual Battery of a Child 16 or 17 years of age and was sentenced to 13 years in prison.

Tara Bagley was vice principal for 10th and 12th grades at Burley High School in Idaho.

Bagley was charged with seven felony counts of Sexual Battery of a Minor Child 16 or 17 years of age. The charges involved two female victims.

On 04-16-2013, Bagley pleaded guilty to 2 counts of Sexual Battery of a Child 16 or 17 years of age in Fifth District Court (one count for each of the two victims). She was sentenced to 13 years in prison, with a minimum of 4 years required before parole would be considered.
