Dennis Judd was a Mormon church member and former full-time missionary to Hawaii for the LDS church.
In October 2023, he was charged with voyeurism and stalking.
In January 2024, Judd pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of stalking; the plea was held in abeyance.
In June 2024, he was accused in a civil lawsuit of voyeurism.
At the time of his arrest, Judd was a practicing attorney and former Uintah County, Utah county prosecutor.
