(1979 – 2026) Dr Timothy Kimball (1979-2023) was a Mormon church member and returned missionary who served a Spanish-speaking mission in southern California, and who held callings in a Young Men's council, in Primary and in Scouting; was arrested in August 2022 after admitting he had recorded a girl and become physically aroused during a back massage; her mother had found a hidden camera disguised as a USB charger in her bedroom.

Dr Timothy Kimball (1979-2023) was a Mormon church member and returned missionary who served a Spanish-speaking mission in southern California, and who held callings in a Young Men’s council, in Primary and in Scouting. He was a child psychologist in San Antonio, Texas, and president and chief executive of a psychological services practice.

He was arrested in August 2022 after admitting he had recorded a girl and become physically aroused during a back massage; her mother had found a hidden camera disguised as a USB charger in her bedroom.

He was charged with indecency with a child by contact and with violating a protective order. He remained under contract with Texas Child Protective Services for nearly two months after his arrest before the state ended the relationship. He died on 23 June 2023 while awaiting indictment and was never convicted. According to an account submitted to FLOODLIT, he abused multiple family members and clients over many years; that his victims were afterwards assigned to give a talk about forgiveness; that he held callings after the allegations became public but before charges; and that people who hid evidence still hold callings involving children and serve as temple workers.
