    • Kevin Weisenberger was an LDS church member in Utah; accused of sexual abuse; convicted in 1993
    • Sydney Wengreen was a Mormon church member in Utah; pleaded guilty to felony sexual abuse of a child; sentenced in 2003 to five years to life in prison
    • Brad West was an LDS church member in Boise, Idaho; charged with sexual battery; took plea deal for battery; his RN license was revoked because of the sexual abuse
    • James Westergard was an LDS church member in Tennessee; accused of sexual abuse; convicted
    • Robert Westover was a former LDS bishop and attorney in Dallas, Texas; arrested in 2021 for allegedly recording a minor; pleaded guilty in 2023 and sentenced to 4 years probation
    • Ryan Whitaker was an LDS church member and divorce lawyer in Vancouver, Washington; charged with sexually abusing a 9-year-old girl in his Sunday School class during church meetings; convicted in 2013 and sentenced to prison; registered sex offender
    • Michael Whitehead was an LDS church member in Orem, Utah; convicted in 2004 of ENTICING A MINOR OVER THE INTERNET - Class A Misdemeanor
    • Dylan Whiting was an LDS bishop in Nampa, Idaho; was removed from his position in 2021 after child sexual abuse allegations surfaced; was charged with four sex crimes; pleaded guilty to one felony count; sentenced in 2022 to prison
    • Shawn Whiting was a Mormon church member and scout leader in Utah; sentenced in 2012 to one to 15 years in prison for collecting and creating child pornography
    • William Whitmore was an LDS church member in Mesa, Arizona; convicted of sexual abuse
    • Edwin Wilcox was a Mormon church member in Idaho; ran a therapy center for "handicapped people" (as described in 1989 news article); convicted of child sexual abuse in 1988 and sentenced to up to 20 years in prison
    • Daniel Willard was a Mormon church member in St. Charles, Missouri; pleaded guilty to Possession Of Child Pornography and Furnish Pornographic Material Or Attempt To Furnish To A Minor
    • Alan Willey was a Mormon church member and schoolteacher in Utah; honored as teacher of the year twice at local schools; sentenced to prison in 2007 for sexually molesting a child who was one of his students; accused of sexually abusing many other little children in his classes
    • Keith Williams was a Mormon church member in Clearfield, Utah; accused of sexual abuse; allegedly molested a boy for three years; Mormon leaders allegedly failed to report the abuse to police, but approved Williams for an LDS temple wedding; convicted in 1991
    • David Williams was an LDS church member in West Valley, Utah; in 2019, found guilty of sexually abusing seven little girls for 14 years; the abuse was reported to parents and bishop and they allegedly did not report to police
    • George Willoughby was an LDS church member in California; sentenced to 24 years in prison for raping a five-year-old girl
    • Robert Wily was an Mormon church member in Utah; in 2004, pleaded guilty to four class A misdemeanor counts of sexual battery; arrested in 2020 for allegedly possessing several child exploitation images; convicted of one felony count in 2022; sentenced to 365 days in jail and 48 months probation
    • Alexander Winward was an LDS church member in Utah; pleaded guilty to 4 felony counts of child sex abuse, with all victims under the age of 7
    • Byron Wiscombe was an LDS bishopric counselor and Idaho city councilman; signed a plea agreement indicating he would admit to committing lewd conduct with a minor; sentenced to prison in 2023
    • LaVar Withers was a Mormon and physician in Rexburg, Idaho; accused of sexually abusing at least 133 women and children as young as 13 years old over a period of 30 or more years; admitted to sexual abuse; in 1996, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery; sentenced to 30 to 60 days in jail and two years probation; the Mormon church placed him on probation and took his temple recommend; died in 2005
    • Stephen Wold was a Mormon church member and former full-time missionary (to Panama) who lived in Highland, Utah; convicted in 2017 of first-degree felony aggravated sexual abuse of a 10-year-old girl and sentenced to 15 years to life in prison
    • Laury Wolfley was an LDS church member in Idaho; sentenced in 2007 to prison and probation for sexually assaulting a 13-year-old boy
    • Michael Woodbury was a Mormon young men's president and attorney in Sacramento, California; sentenced in 2006 to six months in prison for sexually abusing a boy; contrary to a news article report, did not register as a sex offender
    • Lamar Woodbury was a Mormon church member; pleaded guilty of sexual abuse on a child under the age of 14, a second degree felony
    • Kenne Worthen was a Mormon elementary school teacher and BYU-Idaho adjunct professor in Arizona who sexually abused a 12-year-old child; in 2015, pleaded guilty to sexual conduct with a minor and two counts of attempt to commit child molestation; sentenced to 25 years in prison and a lifetime of probation after
    • Harvey Wright was an LDS church member and scout leader in Flagstaff, AZ; in 1988, pleaded guilty to "Attempted Sexual Abuse/Dangerous Crimes Against Children" and was sentenced to 90 days in jail and four years probation; placed in the BSA Confidential Files ("Perversion Files")
    • Timothy Wright was a Mormon church member in Santa Clara, California; convicted in 1994 of one or more felonies related to child sexual abuse; a 1994 civil lawsuit against the Mormon church said he molested a boy between 1989 and 1992, when the boy was 14 to 17 years old (actions for which he was convicted); the suit was dismissed in 1995 for failure to appear by the plaintiff's attorneys
    • Mitchell Young was an LDS missionary in Canada; in 1980, was sent home after allegedly molesting children; convicted in Arizona (1985) and Utah (1988) of child sexual abuse; in 1993, sentenced in Utah to 15 years in prison for molesting a child for five years; a 2002 lawsuit against the LDS church accused Mormon leaders of providing a safe harbor for him; as of 2024, lives in Ogden, Utah; registered sex offender
    • Stephen Young was an LDS church member and police officer in Idaho; allegedly abused 20 babies over a 30-year period; pleaded guilty in 2010 to lewd conduct with a child under 16; sentenced to 25 years in prison
    • Jeffrey Young was a Mormon church member in Lehi, Utah; convicted of 12 counts of VOYEURISM BY ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT CONCEALED OR DISGUISED, one count of sexual exploitation of a minor and one count of obstructing justice
